Owner Authorization: Repairs begin only after an agreement has been made between the insurance adjuster and the property owner. A signed authorization to proceed is obtained and available for the insurance company as well.

Continuous Communication: After a job has been started, there is seldom a need for the property owner to contact the insurance company. The owner is informed to call a First General Authorized Contractor first. They personally handle any comments or inquiries concerning the project.

Customer Satisfaction: At the completion of a job, they can provide the insurance company with a Certificate of Satisfaction signed by the property owner.
